This 59-year-old woman had remaining fat deposits under her lower eyelids following a previous lower eyelid blepharoplasty and fat transfer procedures three years ago. She wanted to have a second lower blepharoplasty to address the small bulge along her left lower eyelid, as well as the return of her lower eyelid bags. She underwent a lower eyelid blepharoplasty with fat transposition and an excision of excess fat grafts along her left lower eyelid. These photos were taken 3 months after her surgery.
